Palm Hill Resort Phu Quoc

It is a tiny jungle. A calm place to stay in. The room was comfortable, and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. They have a free bicycle option.I liked this place.

We loved that the resort was placed in beautiful garden and around a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops.

Our favourite place on Phu Quoc. We visited in January and came back again in March as our last week of a 5 month trip around SE Asia.The family are so helpful and friendly, the rooms and site are well looked after and maintained to a good standard. Including a clean pool.Excellent value for money, nice breakfast choices, comfortable rooms and good position for restaurants and beaches.The gardens are very pretty and fragrant!Thank you for another lovely stay, we will be back!

Great small resort of bungalows and rooms, near local shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the beautiful on lang beach.Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean amd well looked after.

Breakfast changed most days but fresh eggs cooked how you like were always there. The immediate area has a village atmosphere with lots of great restaurants as well as shops and massage places. The free bus is ten minutes walk away. The beach about 15 minutes walk. Fair snorkelling there and shallow water so good for kids.

Vietnam has a major problem with litter, which upsets me.

The hotel is good, the rooms are big and clean, and conform to the pictures. Big potential !

Not maintained well, dirty ponds, pool has insects floating, fountains aren’t running. The place needs more care ! The staff clearly isn’t, basics like emptying buns outside or picking few trash isn’t done.

Fantastic location, 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach down a quiet street, with small local shops and restaurants.Central location for small bars, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and local scooter hire. Not really party area but great place to relax for a few days.Very comfortable, clean rooms, with fridge, kettle, clean towels, shower gel, the best bathroom and shower in vietnam so far! You can borrow pool towels at reception, and book local trips and excursions.Beautiful quiet, clean pool with sunbeds.Everyone is so helpful and always with a smile. We extended our stay by a few days we enjoyed the area so much.

I liked the vibe and relaxed environment of the resort. Pool was bit deep and there was no separate pool-part for kids. There were several massages, family restaurant and cafes with good choice nearby. Overall, good value for money.

Beach was 15 minutes walk from the resort which is quite distant for kids. Breakfast was decent. Could've improved the service by collecting garbage - daily.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even helped us with a taxi driver dispute. Good and clean facilities, lovely atmosphereBreakfast varied from day to day which offers a good variety during your stay

Location perfect loads of places to eat. Good value if on a budget. Staff very helpfull

Food cold asked for microwave to warm up did not have one. Basic.

Great location in the heart of the village, close to the beach and good selection of bars/restaurants/mini marts. Well looked after throughout. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast in the morning with plenty of variety, soup, eggs cooked to your liking, banh mi, coffee, juice, toast/baguette and fresh salad/fruit.Pool was lovely and clean. We would stay again!

Not clean properly. No international breakfast option. Pictures of the place don’t fully represent the resort especially the breakfast.

Position is not far from the beach and restaurant

The whole place had a terrible smell and garbage, the room was poor and we also found roach on the floor

Staff were friendly, location was great! Lovely cafe opposite and lots of things walking distance. Beautiful greenery. Nice pillows!

Beds weren't very comfy (one you could feel the springs in), our shower came off the wall and there was a bad smell from the bathroom window but they did sort us out with an air freshener. Also sometimes noise at night. We also booked last minute so definitely overpaid for what we got. I think other people had much nicer rooms. There also didn't appear to be a gym or wellness centre.

Breakfast great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good quiet spot, close to the beach, many restaurants within walking distances, Beauty Bar Thai restaurant was magnificent for food and drinks.value for money, I will stay at Palm Hills resort again. The pool at the resort was very clean and big, a good place to relax.Bed was magnificent, best nights sleep for ages.

The owners were so nice, Any issue we had they fixed right away, not that they were big issues, just normal everyday things that could happen anywhere.The resort is absolutely lovely, the bungalows are surrounded by gardens and beautiful flowering vines.The bungalow we were in was very spacious. The bathroom was lovely with a walk-in shower. We even had a geco come into the room on a few occasions.The pool was really nice and clear.The beach is an easy 10 minute walk, there are lots of places to eat, supermarkets and pharmacy all within 2- 10 minutes walk.Even though it is not in the center of Phu Quoc, the free Vinbus runs frequently from the main road, which was a 10 min walk, if that and that even takes you to the airport, which we did use a few times.I would highly recommend Palm Hills Resort to anyone.

There was nothing we didn't like.

They allows us early check in since we were travelling with kid. Also next day we had early flight so he provide us egg bread as breakfast before the breakfast time.

Good location, close to beach (10/15 minute walk) and restaurants and convenience stores. The hosts are very kind and try to help out with everything, though they don’t speak any English.

The breakfast is not really like the pictures. It’s some fruit, white bread and underwhelming pancakes or eggs. It’s fine, but don’t expect much.
